private sector security training and services announces the opening of a new
division.
This new division, Kodiak Tactical Systems, provides training aids and
tools to military, law enforcement, and the Special Operations community.
Pawtucket, RI, March 30, 2012 -- Spartan International Consulting Group is
announcing the official opening of its newest division, Kodiak Tactical Systems.
Spartan?s president, Paul Brandley, stated, ?Having firsthand experience in
outfitting and training law enforcement personnel, I found this to be a unique
