A small mortgage company wanted a main toll free and local
number
Challenge: A potential customer called who had a small mortgage
company.
He had three representatives who all worked from their cell
phones.
They were really tired of having to give out their personal
cell phone numbers for business all the time, as they were getting
calls on weekends and during the evenings.
They had business cards
with their cell phones on them, and they really wanted a main
number to advertise and tie everyone together under one ‘virtual
roof’ so to speak.
They wanted a main toll free and local number so
that when people called, they could hear options to be transferred to
the appropriate person.
Solution: AccessDirect set up the mortgage company with a toll
